Yoga Immersion

India ~ December 31 - January 21, 2010

Join us for a single week or all three!

In addition to our teacher training we offer a less detailed program for those who are not interested in becoming a teacher, but would like to develop a stronger, deeper practice. This is for the yogi who wants to develop their practice both spiritually and physically!

This program will follow the same structure as the teacher training except you will be  able to chose how you spend your time. You can take the part of the program that  interests you most - -philosophy, anatomy, yoga ...or chose to sit some of it out and go  for a swim or hike. It is a great way to immerse yourself in the practice if you are  interested in becoming a teacher and need to develop your skills before you do, or if you  are just a real yoga buff.
